Jennifer Skinner RCRT (“we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and how we keep it safe. We handle personal and health information in keeping with Canadian privacy law, including PIPEDA and Ontario’s health-privacy expectations.

What we collect

• Contact details you provide (name, email, phone) when you reach out or book.
• Health-history information you choose to submit through our new-client intake form, so your reflexology sessions can be tailored safely to you.
• Basic, non-identifying site data (e.g. pages visited) via our hosting provider for security and performance. We do not use advertising trackers.

How we use it

• To provide reflexology services and tailor your sessions.
• To schedule, confirm, and follow up on appointments.
• To respond to your questions.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for marketing.

How it is stored & protected

Intake information submitted through this site is encrypted before it is stored and is accessible only to Jennifer through a private, password-protected area. The website is served over HTTPS. Access is limited to what is needed to provide your care.

Service providers

We use a small number of trusted providers to run the site and practice — for website hosting and the encrypted database (Cloudflare), and, where you choose to book, the booking systems of the clinic locations or our scheduling tool. These providers process information only as needed to deliver their service.

Retention

Health records are kept only as long as needed to provide your care and to meet professional and legal record-keeping obligations, after which they are securely deleted.

Your choices & rights

You may ask to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or withdraw consent, at any time. Reflexology is for relaxation and stress reduction and is not a substitute for medical care.
