Experience Reflexology

What does a session feel like?

You settle in

You relax in a comfortable reclining chair.

You are cared for

Your feet are soaked, cleansed and pampered.

You let go

Gentle pressure on reflex points encourages deep relaxation.

You leave feeling

Calmer. Lighter. More like yourself.

This is for you if…

Your mind won’t switch off

If you’re always “on” — juggling everything, never quite landing — this is an hour that asks nothing of you.

You’re not sleeping well

For restless minds and tired bodies, reflexology invites the deep calm that good sleep is built on.

You’re on your feet all day

Teachers, nurses, parents, tradespeople — if your feet carry you through it all, let them be cared for.

How reflexology works

You don’t need to understand it for it to help you unwind — but here’s the gentle idea behind it.

  1. A map on your feet

Reflexology works with reflex points on the feet that correspond to areas of the body.

  2. Gentle, deliberate pressure

Calm, specific pressure signals your nervous system that it’s safe to relax.

  3. Your body settles

As you unwind, your body is supported in returning to its own natural balance — rest, and repair.

Follow the circle. Tap to pause.

While you’re here — take one slow breath.

Gentle answers to common questions

What is reflexology?

A gentle, non-invasive therapy that applies pressure to specific reflex points on the feet to encourage relaxation and a sense of wellbeing. It’s for stress reduction and relaxation — not a medical treatment.

What actually happens in a session?

You settle into a comfortable reclining chair, fully clothed apart from your feet. After a warm soak, Jennifer works gently over the feet. Many people drift off. It typically lasts about an hour.

Is it just a foot massage?

It’s related but different. Massage works the muscles and soft tissue; reflexology uses targeted pressure on reflex points with the intention of calming the whole system.

Does it hurt?

No. The pressure is comfortable and adjusted to you. Some points may feel more sensitive than others — always tell Jennifer, and you can stop at any time.

Will it cure a condition?

Reflexology does not diagnose, prescribe, or treat specific conditions, and it isn’t a substitute for medical care. It’s a wonderful complement to it — for relaxation, stress relief and a sense of balance.

Can you come to me?

Yes — private, in-home mobile sessions are available in Clarington and the surrounding area. Reach out and Jennifer will bring the calm to you.
